Check-in and Check-out

Arrival – Check-in
Apartments are available from 16:00.
Early check-in is available on request (subject to availability and with extra charge).

Departure – Check-out
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning in preparation for the arrival of new guests.
A late check-out service is available (apartment available for the entire day of departure), upon request and with an extra charge, unless included in special offers.

Payment method

Confirmatory deposit
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, to be paid by:

Balance
The balance for the apartment must be paid by the day before departure.
We accept: cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards.

Cancellation policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled within 14 or 28 days prior to arrival, depending on the specific conditions of the offer selected.
For special offers with non-refundable rates, different conditions apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.
After the indicated terms or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained in full.

Deposit

Upon arrival a security deposit of €150.00 is required to guarantee the integrity of the accommodation.
The sum will be returned at the time of departure, after the apartment has been checked.
