Also known as the "Path of the Pilgrim" it will lead you through sea-view paths in the Mediterranean scrub to the famous “Antro dei Falsari” a circular inlet, dug by the sea over the years, also known as the “Briganti cave”.

Depending on the size and type

Studio apartments: always with a single living-night area. From 20 to 32 sq m almost all with balcony, pool side, side or Roman street side.
Two-room apartments: always from 45 to 58sqm. Our two-room apartments consist of a separate double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Fully equipped, comfortable, cozy and functional, with balcony or direct access to the garden. They are located in the main building or in our Gardenia annexe just 50 meters away, still within our garden but also equipped with independent access.
Penthouses: 75/80 sqm. The sea-view penthouses of Residence Oliveto are spacious three-room attic apartments with air conditioning, portion of private sea-view terrace and private mountain-view balconies. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, type C2 also with two bathrooms.
Rooms: Our new comfort rooms with double bed (or 2 single beds) and pool view (no balcony). A large shower area separate from the bathrooms for your relaxation.

According to the category, the accommodations

Comfort: For the restyling of this category, both for the apartments and the new rooms we paid special attention to the choice of eco-friendly materials such as micro-resin and all Kerakoll wall paints, all with new sommier kitchens with induction hobs (dishwasher in the comfort two-room apartments), smart TV.
Superior: almost all studios in this category have rollaway bed (Clei brand, equipped with a unique mattress that always remains intact without folding) and possible single rollaway bed for a minor, the one-bedroom apartments have separate double bedroom and living room with twin sofa bed and are located in our gardenia annex, two two-bedroom apartments with double bathrooms are added in the main building.
Classic: with more vintage decor, the studio apartments all with balcony, pool side or street side have double single sofa bed and single sofa bed (additional place for a child). Two-room apartments are always in the main body on the ground or second floor with balcony.
